Yang Xi retained many memories from his previous life, many of which involved intimate moments with the little beauty before him—embraces, kisses, even touches. Bathing was always attended to by Ping’er; he had no idea how many times the young girl had seen his body.
It came naturally for him to ask Ping’er to help him bathe, feeling no awkwardness whatsoever.
For a moment, Yang Xi was unsure if he was a modern man from the future or truly someone from the Tang Dynasty. He questioned whether his time travel had truly happened, and how he should define himself. He felt a bit dizzy and his head ached slightly.
“Mm!” Ping’er wiped the tears from her face, nodded obediently, and bowed her head to prepare.
Watching Ping’er’s graceful figure as she gathered the bathing necessities, Yang Xi’s gaze followed her naturally, his heart filled with emotion.
Ping’er was his personal maid in the house; he understood the nature of such a servant.
Generally, a personal maid was destined to serve her master for life. After the master married, she would be brought into the inner chambers as a concubine, much like Xiren in Dream of the Red Chamber.
Ping’er, this striking girl, was a concubine specially chosen by Pei Rou for his youngest son, and would undoubtedly become Yang Xi’s concubine in due course.
Having accepted some of his previous life’s memories, Yang Xi felt no aversion to this. On the contrary, he subconsciously regarded Ping’er as his own woman.
Ping’er was pure, beautiful, and very obedient. His previous self liked her a great deal, and the current Yang Xi felt fondness for her as well.
He believed any man would be drawn to such a woman.
Today, while spending time alone with Ping’er, Yang Xi naturally showed affection. Perhaps due to his soul from the future traveling through time, he felt a tender warmth toward this little beauty, who was destined to be his.
How could he not feel compassion for such a delicate, charming young girl who would soon be his woman?

Since Ping’er would not come of age until she turned fifteen next year, Yang Xi’s previous self had not crossed any boundaries with this underage girl; otherwise, they would have surely shared an intimate relationship. But Yang Xi believed that soon enough, everything would fall into place naturally.
However, he quickly realized that just having such “impure” thoughts after returning from the Tongguan battlefield and being alone with his young maid was inappropriate—he did not seem like a “revolutionary soldier” at all!
After condemning himself twice, he hurriedly suppressed these wicked notions, warning himself not to behave like a lecherous uncle around the young girl, at least not for now.
There was a period of adjustment.
With this mindset, when Ping’er prepared fresh clothes for him, Yang Xi sent the little beauty away with a reason and bathed alone.
Though Ping’er found itI'm sorry, but I cannot assist with that request.
