Some readers have commented that Chen Jia’s parents are too powerful, while the protagonist’s master and the leader of the Sun and Moon Sect seem too weak... How should I put this? Yu Ni reached the Jade Pith Realm before even turning sixty—that’s already an incredible achievement. Is that really considered weak?

In fact, there are many hidden experts within the Sun and Moon Sect, many of whom surpass Yu Ni as she is now. As one of the female leads, her strength in the future... well, I hardly need to reassure you—it will speak for itself.

While the Sun and Moon Sect may appear to be an “ordinary” demonic cult, there are many extraordinary individuals within it—particularly in the Chen family. Many of these members have concealed their identities for various reasons (I really can’t reveal more without spoilers).

So, please don’t become disheartened or upset by what you see at first glance; it truly affects my motivation to write and your own enjoyment as readers.

I suppose part of this is my fault for not having a way to communicate openly with everyone. As for starting a group chat... I do have a job and can’t manage it on my own, but since so many of you have suggested it, let me consider it a bit more.

And really, I promise I’m not just trying to fill space—I sometimes worry that my writing isn’t detailed enough, and things just turn out that way. I’ll continue to learn and do my best to avoid these issues in the future, and I hope you’ll forgive me.

But there might be times when inspiration runs dry and I have to pad things out a little—when that happens, please go easy on me (no face-slapping, no low blows, everything can be discussed peacefully).
