Official Launch
The novel will be officially released at midnight tomorrow. I am writing at a leisurely pace, taking my time. From the very beginning, my intention for this story was to craft a "placebo"—an attempt to reconcile the inherent absurdities of MyGO and Mujica within the logic of Dragon Raja.
In terms of tone, by "Dragon-ifying" Sakiko, she takes on the burden of everything like Chu Zihang, while possessing the background and arrogance of Caesar. I felt that a Dragon Raja version of Sakiko, while serving as a tyrant, still needed a touch of teenage angst—much like a composite of Caesar and Chu Zihang from the third volume. It would be impossible for anyone to write her character without making these necessary adjustments from the original source material.
As for the character who delivers the witty banter, it naturally falls to the pink-haired "dragon" to carry that flag; every story needs a character like that to liven up the atmosphere.
To be honest, I started out as a writer who penned yuri stories purely for fun. Now that I have turned professional, it does not mean I can churn out ten thousand words a day like those studio-backed writers. I remain a writer driven purely by inspiration, and my abilities have declined compared to two years ago. Numerous chronic health issues have severely impacted my mental clarity; looking back, I realize I can no longer produce much of what I wrote in the past. The days of writing thirty thousand words a day, fully immersed and crying as I wrote, are likely gone forever.
Everyone knows that writing ten thousand words a day with a decent subscription base can lead to a lucrative five-figure monthly income, but I truly cannot do it. The only time I ever tried juggling two stories at eight thousand words a day, I ended up sleeping only three hours a night for two weeks. The immense pressure left me breathless, and I couldn't even bear to read what I had written. Every time I opened my eyes, it felt like charging into battle to meet my death.
Every reader hopes for an author who is a machine, producing high-quality work in high volume. But those two things are difficult to reconcile. Forcing myself only leads to a sharp decline in quality, which naturally drives readers away. That drop in performance creates internal friction, leading to more anxiety and even lower quality—a vicious cycle. Even a daily output of four thousand words is a struggle to maintain consistently; that is a matter of personal limitation, but I will do my best to keep it above that baseline.
After midnight tomorrow, I will update in the evening, aiming for ten thousand words. As for how much follows, it depends entirely on my capability. When inspiration strikes, I will burst forth with content, but otherwise, quality remains the priority.
Furthermore, due to platform restrictions, this book must be written as a "placebo." Without Anon appearing, I cannot create as much fun as I would like. To write about a girl's heart, there must first be affection, like the comedic Mingfei Lu and his domineering CEO Chu Zihang. I could certainly write about the affection between two girls, but it would not pass censorship and would lead to the story being taken down. Naturally, the book must stop at hinting.
Therefore, once Saint Anon appears, everything will improve. Let the task of being the "King of Absurdity" be hers. After the song "Haruhikage" fades, the pink one descends from the sky, foolish and absurd; then Sakiko descends, furious and menacing.
